Location was great, right in the heart of the city. the Japanese-style breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was small and cramped, not what we expected for the price. the noise level was quite high, particularly on Christmas day, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located on the tram line, which provides easy access to all major attractions. the room offers all the basic amenities of a standard business hotel, including reliable internet. the Japanese-style breakfast is delicious, though limited in variety.

The noise level can be quite high, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Perfect location in the heart of the city, close to all attractions. Amazing Japanese breakfast for a fraction of the price at other hotels, and an easy check-in process. The staff was polite and accommodating, offering us extra towels and blankets without any hassle. A great value for the price, especially for a romantic escape.

The room was cozy but a little cramped for two people, and the view from our window wasn't the best. The walls were thin, so we could hear some noise from the adjacent rooms.
